"*Edit* I’m updating this review. Jordan did not help me get more coverage than I had previously. I was lied to and a year after I switched to this agency I received a phone call stating that my policy was lacking and could be upgraded for more coverage. The problem with that is I was already supposed to have their highest coverage and I was quoted for that as well… I guess I was lied to about my coverage and these morons outed themselves by calling me and trying to upgrade the BS policy they sold me that was already supposed to be upgraded from the start. Secondly, this office has had more billing and autopay issues than I can count and every time it happens and I have to call to correct it, I’m met with a snooty attitude and basically told I have to pay their fees for their mistakes. I am paid up and current on my policy and they are trying to charge me double, stating that I didn’t pay Sept but their own system is showing I did and I have the payment receipts and confirmation emails plus the charge to my bank account as proof. These people are incompetent, rude, and absolutely refuse to ever take accountability for their mistakes which will cost you money in the long run. At this point I’m fed up with these idiots. I’ll be switching to another agent. I’ve heard the same complaints for multiple other people who left this Agency for another one for the same reasons. Don’t waste your time with these people. They act like they’re super agents but more times than not they can’t even fix their mistakes or software mishaps. Personally I think it’s them screwing up and blaming it on the computer when lying doesn’t work. I’m not paying you morons double. Fix your accounting errors."
